Hiking in Nyungwe

So I went hiking for the first time today, almost a 2 hour hike and I was panting like a fool dammit

The part we visited is the Uyungwe National Park and apparently the trail we went on was the smallest cos they have trails of 2-3 days (they have never had a black person on that trail strictly white lol)
I mean which black person would walk for 2-3 days while backpacking in the Forrest that has animals, insects and birds HELL NOO!!!

If you’re ever going hiking please do the following

1. Wear very warm clothes
2. Have a backpack with an extra jacket
3. Water
4. Tennis shoes or covered shoes cos it’s a rain forest chances are that the ground is wet and slippery
5. Eat before you depart
6. Please pee before as well
